About 12 weeks ago, I set out on a covert mission to find an answer for losing weight fast especially in my stomach; I mean my super fat gut. Too many wings and beer had turned my once sweet six pack abs into a sloppy mound of “belly fat”. Every time I looked in the mirror I was disgusted by what I had let myself turn into. This is wonderful experience to loss weight and get a healthy life, but exercise also helps in maintaining it.
